We know you will be awaiting your purchase with anticipation and we endeavour to deliver to you as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Standard Delivery is FREE SHIPPING, takes 5-7 working days to worldwide.

Please Note

Standard Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm. Standard Deliveries do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.
During Bank holiday periods please allow an extra day for Standard Delivery.


Enjoy the option of express delivery by DHL Express. With this option you will receive your purchases in 3-5 working day after dispatch. Express delivery is available Monday - Thursday on all orders placed before 10.00pm and costs $20 to worldwide.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Good Friday and Bank or Public Holidays.
A signature will be required upon receipt of your item(s) to ensure safe delivery.
A P.O. Box is an insufficient address for any signature service.
Please place your order before 10.00pm in order to ensure next day delivery.

You can return items to or to any Emilio Pucci stores within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with garment tags still attached. 


We will always honour a refund if you are not completely happy with your purchase under the following conditions. It has been returned (either by post or in store) within 7 days of receipt along with proof of purchase. It is in a sale-able condition, this means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with garment tags still attached. Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges. After we have accepted your returned items, we will process the refund to your original credit or debit card or store credit card.
